At Le Tanneur, we want you to be completely satisfied with your leather goods. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unused leather goods in their original packaging, including the dust bag and all protective materials, to ensure they remain in pristine condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your parcel at any authorized collection point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our workshop.
